Delta del Po

We will set off together from the Visitors' Centre for a short, relaxing cruise on the surrounding canal, followed by a walk to a special vantage point. There, waiting for us, will be a tasty aperitif based on Cervia's sweet salt excellence, accompanied by dialectal verses and the voice of Romagna poetess Annalisa Teodorani.

Aperitif box based on typical products prepared by the Bar Salino:
Standard version: 2 slices of piadina romagnola, 3 pieces of farcino roll (1. Caciotta with Cervia Salt prosciutto and rocket; 2. Caciotta with Cervia Salt, spinach and sausage with Cervia Salt; 3. Grilled vegetables, fontina cheese and rocket), a tub of artisanal caramelised figs and a tub of squacquerone cheese. A 0.5 litre bottle of water.

Vegetarian version: 2 slices of piadina with spelt flour and evo oil, 3 slices of stuffed piadina (1. Caciotta with Cervia salt and grilled vegetables; 2. Caciotta with Cervia salt and spinach; 3. Squacquerone cheese and rocket), a tub of artisan-made caramelised figs and a tub of squacquerone cheese. A 0.5 litre bottle of water.

Drinks and a choice of
- Alcoholic beverage: bottled Raffo beer (0.33 lt), bottled Heineken beer (0.33 lt), bottle of Birra Salinae al Sale Dolce di Cervia (33 cl), bottled white or red wine (0.22 lt).
- Soft drink: coca cola, coca cola zero, fanta, lemon soda, sprite, peach tea, lemon tea in a can (0.33 lt).
